We deliver to eligible addresses within South Africa. Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location, product size and courier coverage.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the order, delivery destination and type of product. The applicable delivery cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is finalised.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed during our normal business hours.

4. Large & Oversized Products
Large products such as kayaks, boats, motors and other oversized marine equipment may require specialised freight.
Delivery charges and timeframes for these products may differ from standard parcel deliveries and will be communicated before the order is finalised where necessary.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
