Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Ocean Rig Gear, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

  • The item has not been damaged, altered, or misused

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for returns, unless defective:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Used containers or equipment that have been filled or modified

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify Ocean Rig Gear within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Your order number or invoice

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first before sending any product back.

Provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Returns must be approved by Ocean Rig Gear before shipment.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Ocean Rig Gear is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly supplied

If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return request.
